Soaring to a height of 65.5 metres,\u00a0<strong>the Pet\u0159\u00edn Tower<\/strong>\u00a0is one of the places which offer wonderful panoramic views. Take a walk across a well-kept park nearby and then climb to the top. One of the significant features of the tower are its \u201cbabies\u201d \u2013 small statues of toddlers climbing up and down its walls. The building used to be seen by many as rather controversial because an ancient Jewish cemetery had to be destroyed to provide room for it. However, emotions have gradually cooled down and nowadays the construction is widely accepted and considered one of the symbols of the city.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-bb78574 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"bb78574\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e9fb577\" data-id=\"e9fb577\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9036718 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9036718\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Obora \u2013 an observation tower in the Prague Zoo\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3452cc9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3452cc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The wooden observation tower Obora, which is located in the Prague Zoo, offers tremendous views of Prague, particularly the Prague Castle. Made of spruce wood and soaring to a height of 18.5 meters, the tower was opened in 2009 and it took four months to build it. Take a relaxed walk through the premises of the zoo and enjoy lovely views of the Vltava River and the valley.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-faca904 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"faca904\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-50df6c8\" data-id=\"50df6c8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc2a36e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dc2a36e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cibulka, an observation tower suited for romantic souls\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-520649b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"520649b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The oldest observation tower in Prague, Cibulka,<\/strong>\u00a0offers unique views of the Prague districts of Motol, \u0158epy and Strahov.
